Abstract EN

So, this study aims at investigating media and its role in struggling terrorism and extremism, through explaining for the Arabic public opinion that terrorism targets frightening civilians, shedding blood of innocent people, destroying infrastructure and destroying active utilities, so we have to form a resisting public opinion of extremism with all its different forms.

Al so the current study aims at making Arabic media work unity to resist terrorism and extremism, through a number of mechanisms which were determined by the Arabic media strategy; and preparing and rehabilitating the Arabic reports to treat with terrorism and extremism professionally, organizing media training courses and workshops and making media informatics database about terrorism and extremism and trying to analyze them in which guarantees to besiege terrorists medially and culturally, as well as supporting media exchange among Arab countries to provide a mutual Arabic perspective about the events and terrorism, in addition to the former mechanisms.
