English Abstract

The current research aims to identify the difficulties of using e-learning when teaching the geography department from their point of view, and to achieve the research goal, the researcher used the descriptive approach.

The research community was damaged by the teaching staff of the Geography Department, College of BasicEducation, Al-Mustansiriya University for the academic year (2019-2020).

A questionnaire was prepared as a research tool consisting of (40) A paragraph whose validity and reliability have been verified, the researcher used a number of statistical methods such as: the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and test The study reached many results, including: The second aspect of the teaching difficulties was in the first place and with a medium degree, while the third axis came in difficulties related to the infrastructure inside and outside the educational institution in the last fifth and medium degree, and when using the T test for two independent samples for Knowing the statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of sex and scientific title, and the results indicated that there is no Differences attributed to the above-mentioned variables, and the study recommended a set of recommendations, including the research to reach a set of recommendations, including: - The educational institution (college) should provide the necessary training for faculty and students in order to acquire work skills in the use of e-learning, and the researcher suggested a set of proposals Including: Conducting a study to get acquainted with students' views in geography departments on the most important difficulties in using e-learning from their point of view.
