The purpose of this study aimed at identifying the level of administrative control of public school principals in the capital Amman and its relationship to organizational regression from their point of view in light of the Corona pandemic, correlational descriptive approach was used for its suitability for the objectives of this study, and the study sample consisted of (393) teachers who were chosen by the available randomness method, the researcher developed a study tool with the aim of collecting data, which consisted of two parts, the first: to measure the level of administrative control, and the second: to measure the level of organizational regression, and after confirming the validity and reliability the tool, and its application to The study sample, and the data analysis showed that the level of administrative control among public school principals from the teachers ’point of view was high, and the organization dimension came first, mean while the supervisory foundations in the last rank, and the level of organizational regression in schools was medium from the teachers’ point of view, and the discipline field came first, and the field of communication and communication is the last rank, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the sample's estimates about the level of administrative control.
According to the variables of experience and academic qualification, and the presence of differences in some areas of administrative control according to the gender variable in favor of females, and according to the variable of experience in favor of more than 10 years, The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the sample estimates about the level of organizational decline in schools due to the variables of experience and academic qualification, and the presence of differences according to the gender variable in the field of discipline and the overall degree, The results showed a moderate positive between the level of administrative control of school principals and the level of organizational decline in public schools in the capital, Amman, In light of the results, the study recommended several recommendations, including: Encouraging the Ministry of Education for school principals to pay attention to the supervisory foundations, and clarifying its elements to the principals by all means.
