Abstract EN

The study aimed at obtaining the opportunity to study for the student, providing technical support by the University for the Science of writing, after the closure of the science of culture with high intensity during the spread of Corona virus (Covid-19) and the extent of this impact on the level of absorption and academic achievement of students in Saudi universities.

King Khalid University was taken as a case study of influencing factors.

The study found that student's technical knowledge has a positive impact on the level of her absorption through her knowledge of using the Blackboard platform and her knowledge of the technical support channels.

The results also indicate that there is a significant percentage of female students who do not have electronic devices of their own, the unavailability of complementary software for their studies, as well as the weak internet connection they have.

The study recommended addressing these technical problems to solve it.
