Displaying some problems thataccompanied with the application makingit difficult to these banks to play the role offinancial mediation efficientlyAlthough the research agree that thesecontracts represent the available way toIslamic banks now to act with accordancewith shariah, but it agree also that this is notthe end of the way.

because of two reasons, : first: the problems we referred to just now.

second: these contracts are not obligatoryto Islamic banks.

and the field was openedfor them to search about suitable ways toact.

on just one condition that is they mustbe in line with shariah.
