Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to identify the reality of transformational leadership and intellectual fluency of physical education teachers, and to identify the nature of the transformational leadership relationship with the intellectual fluency of physical education teachers.

The researchers used the descriptive approach using the survey method and correlational studies.

The research community included male and female physical education teachers in Babil governorate.

The researcher also used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) in statistical treatments.

The researchers concluded that physical education teachers in Babil governorate distinguished themselves with a high level of transformational leadership and intellectual fluency, as the results showed a positive significant correlation between transformational leadership and intellectual fluency of the sample members.

The most important recommendations were the need to develop the attributes of transformational leadership and intellectual fluency of physical education teachers in Babil Governorate.
