Abstract EN

The study aimed at finding out the reality of creative education for teachers in public secondary schools in zarqa governorate.

To achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire was developed consisting of (27) paragraphs and validity and reliability were confirmed.

The study sample consisted of (300) teachers.

The study results showed that the degree of appreciation and the reality of Creative Education for teachers in public secondary schools in zarqa governorate from the standpoint of the study sample was a high degree, the lack of significant differences statistical significance level (α≤0.05) on the total score of the reality of creative education according to gender in favor of males, and the results showed well in the absence of statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) on the total score of the degree and the reality of creative Education at the secondary school teachers government depending on the educational qualification variable.

The study recommended that, in light of these results, the Ministry of Education’s selection of directors be in accordance with the standards which encourage creative education of teachers.
