This research paper aims to stand at the art of the Algerian poetic theater, by revealing the extent of the presence of this art in the Algerian literary map, its reality, achievements and failures, and the most important difficulties encountered in its path.

The poetic play (Bilal) was - as the first poetry play in Algeria - by the Algerian poet Mohamed Al-Eid Al Khalifa, a field and a fertile field for application, analysis and highlighting vision and experience, by standing at its contents, aesthetics and theatrical instructions.

- Did the Algerian poet play the poem? To create a dramatic atmosphere in it? - Can we say that the association of the stage with singing and music facilitated and opened the way for the proliferation of types of lyrical play, such as poetry ? Does the poetic theater have the ability to express the issues of the modern era with its various activities?
