Abstract EN

This study aimed to introduce the Islamic crowd funding platforms by defining them and showing the models that are compatible with Sharia and Islamic rules, then explaining the relationship between these platforms and Islamic crowd funding and the challenges it faces.

These platforms can provide the necessary financing for businessmen and for economic development as a whole.

This model is related to the concept of microfinance.

The study found that a large proportion of the financing is lost outside the banking framework of the state due to the absence of the legislative framework for this type of Islamic financing, and thus the economy loses one of the most affordable types of financing, which is considered the most attractive in the Islamic world for its compatibility with the objectives of Sharia.
