Abstract EN

The present study aims to reveal the predictive power of the big-five personality traits regarding the level of psychological stress among workers in the healthcare sector in light of the Corona epidemic (Covid-19).

We used the descriptive approach with the application of two measurement tools, namely, the big-five personality traits measure and the stress scale in addition to the statistical treatment (linear regression, T test for single sample).

The results of the study demonstrated the predictive power of traits: Agreeableness and Conscientiousness regarding the level of psychological stress, while the three other factors (extraversion, Neuroticism and Openness to Experience) did not have any predictive power regarding stress level.
