الهدف من البحث الحالي محاولة لإبراز الدور الكبير لطريقة التدريب الدائري في تحسين بعض المهارات الاساسية، و من خلاله تم ملاحظة أن أغلب المدربين يستعملون هذه الطريقة التي تساعدهم في تطوير المهارات الاساسية في كرة القدم، لارتباطها بصحة الرياضيين و كذلك لارتباطها المباشر بمستواهم و إنجازاتهم الرياضية.
Abstract EN
The aim of the current research is an attempt to highlight the great role of the circular training method in improving some basic skills, and through it it has been observed that most coaches use this method that helps them develop basic skills in football, because it is related to the health of athletes, as well as its direct relationship to their level and athletic achievements.
