Abstract EN

The Study aims to find out whether professional ethics have an impact on administrative management in sports establishments, for this purpose, we used the method of the descriptive approach on a sample composed of 13 agents chosen as intentionally; for data collection, we used a survey (questionnaire).

We concluded.

that every successful sport institution respects professional ethics and it contributes to change organizational behavior for the better.

and that the obstacles to its implementation negatively affect administrative management, the study led us to the necessity of developing effective programs and ethical standards of public and compel organizations to it to eliminate various negative manifestation if appears.
