The analysis of educational needs is one of the foundations of a good teaching of natural languages, as it helps to define the real and accurate goals that push learners to learn a languages, and helps those in charge of designing courses and educational programs accurately to achieve what these learners desire, and this study focus on the problematic of analysis educational needs of Arabic language learners in light of the Applied Linguistics Specialization as the field concerned with solving language use problems.
