The issue of combating corruption is considered one of the main issues on the agenda of many governments and various organizations interested in combating this phenomenon, as it is not possible to monitor the features of development in any country in the light of its growth, and it is assumed that the fight against this phenomenon is not limited to official agencies only, but also goes beyond that to informal bodies, civil society organizations and political parties.

The results of many research and studies in this field indicate that this struggle is not limited to a package of laws and legislations only, but rather by activating all forms of control mechanisms, political, civil, accounting and economic, and respecting civil liberties constitutionally entitled, and the independence of justice, democracy and transparency are the elements targeted to curb the phenomenon.
