The work carried out by banks, on the other hand, requires the presence of great confidence in the distinguished banking work to achieve the desired results for society and the individual alike, and this will not be achieved unless there is a banking culture even if it is simple in the importance of such services and the various banking tools carried out by the banks.

Iraq, with its diverse and different banking institutions, is clearly suffering up to the point of lack and more than communication between the bank and the public, and this is due to the failure of banks to fulfill their basic awareness-raising obligations and obligations regarding informing the public of the reality and importance of various banking activities in this regard.

Therefore, we have the right to ask how to fill this void, which is of great importance between the public and various banking institutions, and how we can achieve continuous moral support and achieve a high reputation and high trust for these institutions towards the public and investors.
