These laws express the need for society as a whole for a legal organization that makes it easier for citizens to benefit from them, including benefits or to refrain from actions that may harm the public interest.

If a member of parliament is devoted to the parliamentary function, it will achieve independence for the parliament in carrying out its functions.

It is proven that Parliament performs the functions of legislation and oversight, and that the role of committees in Parliament is clear to translate the work of the parliamentarian inside Parliament so that each committee performs the tasks assigned to it, and the Committee for Members' Affairs and Parliamentary Development works on Follow up on everything related to the affairs of members of parliament and work to develop their capabilities by contacting parliaments of other countries to increase the skills and experiences required for the work of a parliamentarian.
