Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the perceptions of education experts about the requirements of future studies (human, methodological and procedural) in educational research, and to achieve the previous objectives, the study used one of the methods of future studies: the Delphi method, as well as the descriptive approach.

The study population consisted of (34) education experts with interest in future studies.

The study reached a number of results, perhaps the most prominent of which is that the human requirements consisted in training researchers, developing joint research teams for future studies between professors and students, and allocating endowments to support research and scientific activities in future studies, while the most prominent methodological requirements were through the adoption of partnerships between the public and higher education sector to lay the foundations for studies.

Future studies in education and its indicators, encouraging scientific production and benefiting from the experiences of developed countries in the field of future studies in educational research, and with regard to procedural requirements, the most prominent of which was the establishment of training courses that contribute to strengthening the culture of future studies in educational research and the establishment of centers for future research in universities.
