The study aims to design a proposed administrative unit for governance in organizational structure to Ministry of Youth and Sports in light of Egypt's Vision 2030, The researcher used descriptive approach in study, and also used questionnaire as a tool to collect data, and the sample consisted of (119) personnel working in Ministry of Youth and Sports (heads, general managers, directors and employees The Central Administration for Standards and Control, the Central Administration for Ancillary Services, the General Department for Legal Affairs), and the most important results: The proposed administrative unit includes the vision, mission, objectives, organizational structure, scientific, practical and general specifications and specializations of the unit’s personnel, means of communication for the unit, methods of evaluating the unit, Procedures for appointing employees in the unit, methods of training and development in the unit, and the researcher recommends implementing the proposed administrative unit
