Abstract EN

The Economic development in the present era is not limited to the availability of natural resources or capital as much as it dependence on the availability of technological material resources, there are many countries including Algeria, which is rich in its natural resources and has huge capital, but remained within the undeveloped states.

The main reason for the overdue of Algeria behind the advanced countries is the lack of advanced technology, due to the inability of the Algerian domestic manufacturing to provide such specialized and advanced technology and machinery imported by economic institutions from the industrialized countries.

Besides, the specialized scientific training of workers can only take place within the framework of continuous training that is in line with the technological requirements used in the National institutions.
