As a history can only written with efficiency of the social forces .

and without any doubt , the historical documents , and records represent a fact or reality of life , that were recording their viewing and opinions especially the historical resources witnessed all the events of the age.

Theses events and the historical texts written in the historical resources supported by the scientific , linguistics , Islamic laws of the personal features of the historian through his knowledgeable of the rulings and syntax.

These characterizes represent by Ibn-Al-Atar Al-Qurtubi ( D 399A.H/ 1008A.C.
