Abstract EN

The study aimed to explore the impact of organizational creativity in the quality of health services in hospitals operating in Hadhramout Governorate in Yemen, from the perspective of the working staff, as well as the beneficiaries of the health services provided by these hospitals.

The study used the descriptive analytical method.

A random sample of 357 employees was selected and the sample of beneficiaries reached (384).

The results of the study show that there is a high level of organizational creativity in the hospitals under study, but there is an average level of technological creativity.

Furthermore, there is a low level of health services quality related to the dimensions of concrete, reliability, responsiveness, safety and empathy from beneficiaries perspective toward the services.

In addition, the results show that there is no statistically significant impact of organizational creativity on the health services quality offered by hospitals, and that there are high level of organizational obstacles facing organizational creativity.

It is recommended to improve the quality of health services by enhancing the role of organizational creativity in hospitals, and further research should be conducted on other variables that affect the quality of health services beside organizational creativity in different environments .
