This Research aims to Content Analysis of the Mathematics book in Republic of Yemen for first secondary Class in The light of the international Standards of School Mathematics This will be done by answering the main following question: To What extent which (NCTM) Standards of content are included in the Mathematics book for first secondary Class? The Mathematics book for first secondary grade and the exercises book are the available sample.

The Researcher uses ((NCTM), 2000) Standards of Mathematical content as a tool of analysis after making sure of A suitability for the analysis.

Coefficient of reliability was computed by the equation of agreement between the analysts, which equals 91.68% and the study come out with following results: -some Standards are reflected in the content but most of them are not included such us: -Compute fluently and make reasonable estimates -develop an understanding of permutations and combinations as counting techniques.

-judge the reasonableness of numerical computations and their results.

-the lack of included technology in the contents of the book.

-use symbolic algebra to represent and explain mathematical relationships.

-Approximate and interpret rates of change from graphical and numerical data -judge the meaning, utility, and reasonableness of the results of symbol manipulations, including those carried out by technology.

-analyze properties and determine attributes of two- and three-dimensional objects.

-explore relationships (including congruence and similarity) among classes of two- and three-dimensional geometric objects, make and test conjectures about them, and solve problems involving them.

-establish the validity of geometric conjectures using deduction, prove theorems, and critique arguments made by others.

-understand and represent translations, reflections, rotations, and dilations of objects in the plane by using sketches, coordinates, vectors, function notation, and matzrices; -use geometric ideas to solve problems in, and gain insights into, other disciplines and other areas of interest such as art and architecture.

-use vertex-edge graphs to model and solve problems.

-draw and construct representations of two- and three-dimensional geometric objects using a variety of tools.

-Regarding Measurement Standards with the exception of the first mian Standard, none of the others standards are reflected.

- Concerning Data Analysis and Probability the only reflected Standards are those of computing basic Statistics and dealing of variance, while others are not reflected.
