As a result, the mechanisms followed by countries, whether democratic or inclusive, have varied to address and manage the phenomenon of diversity and diversity.

Relying on specific mechanisms for managing pluralism is considered a minor unless it is accompanied by comprehensive development policies in various economic, social and political fields that contribute to state building and cohesion in facing various demands and internal and external challenges.

Therefore, it can be said that the process of managing pluralism in order to build the national state requires the creation of the synthesis.
