The aim of the research is to identify the effect of the digital story on the skills of studying for students of the fourth literary grade in history subject, by checking the following zero hypothesis: (There are no statistically significant differences (0.05) between the average scores of female students of the experimental group that studied According to the digital story strategy and the average score of the students of the control group, who studied in the traditional way in the skills of studying).

The researcher used the experimental design with partial control, and randomly selected the Al-Kwanzaa prep for girls from among the secondary and preparatory schools affiliated to the Qadisiya Governorate Center.

The first (second, second, and third) chapters were taught from the book History Course, As two divisions were chosen from among the four divisions in a random manner, as the number of female students in the sample reached (62) students, by (31) students in (A) Division, which represented the control group and (31) students in Division (B), which represented the experimental group.

Equivalence of the two research groups in a number of variables such as (age, intelligence, achievement of half of the academic year), For the purpose of verifying the aim of the research, the researcher prepared the research tool, which is a measure of memorization skills, and after verifying its validity and consistency and finding the discrimination factor for the paragraphs, the scale will be in its final form of (25) paragraphs.

Coefficient of recognition for scale paragraphs, Kay square, Pearson correlation coefficient, Alpha Kronbach coefficient, T-test for two independent samples and effect size equation, as the research showed the superiority of students of the experimental group over students of the control group in the skills of recall and in light of this the researcher recommended With some recommendations, including the use of the digital story in the teaching of history, he suggested conducting similar studies of variables, stages and other study material
