This study aims to identify the reality of administrative empowerment in local administration among a sample of municipal workers in the wilaya of Biskra.

The study also aims to know the reality of administrative empowerment in these municipalities.

The study sample consisted of (160) individuals, and the study included a questionnaire consisting of (50) A statement distributed in (3) major areas, and after confirming the indications of its validity and reliability, where the reliability coefficient reached (0.

The study found a set of results, the most prominent of which are: The level of after delegating authority, participating in decision-making, after contact, and after work teams came highly from the viewpoint of the municipal workers in question in the wilaya of Biskra, while it came after commitment, after motivation, and after training, in a moderate manner.
