Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the impact of organizational learning on the effectiveness of strategic decision in the service institutions in capital Khartoum, in addition to specify whether the flexibility of the capabilities played a mediating role in this relationship.

The study model and hypotheses were built depending on the literature of the study, besides using the previous studies to develop the study measures.

A questionnaire was designed to collect the data of the study, whereas 258 questionnaires were distributed, 217 of which were retrieved with a response rate of 89.9%.

In order to ensure data reliability Alpha Cronbach test was used, as well as using the track technique and structural equation modeling to test the study hypotheses.

The study has reached a number of results, the most important of which include the existence of an impact for organizational learning on the effectiveness of strategic decision; also, the flexibility of capacities centers the relationship between organizational learning and the effectiveness of strategic decision
