In light of economic conditions and societal developments, women's work has become a reality and a social necessity, and some consider that the main reason for the exit of Arab women to work is to increase family income and achieve financial independence and secure the future.

The empowerment of Saudi women was not limited to education, but extended to the professional field, where yesterday's educated became a teacher, doctor, lawyer, journalist and broadcaster today, and managed to work in some sectors.

The research aims to: 1.

That women become key actors in development.

2 - Raise the level of awareness of women psychologically, socially and economically to be able to protect themselves.

3.

Discuss and discuss all responsibilities with confidence and list valuable proposals for the subject.

4.

Helping women refine their expertise and develop the necessary capacities for their stability and raise their productivity.

5 - Sharing women to men in access to work and highlight their position in society.

The research concluded: 1- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample in the empowerment of women according to the study variables.

2 - There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample in the family stability according to the variables of the study.

There is a correlation between the questionnaire of women's empowerment and the questionnaire of family stability.

I recommend searching by: 1.Understanding the importance of universities and educational institutions to empower women to participate in different decision-making and community participation, and to measure disparities in different aspects of empowerment and the factors affecting them in order to achieve a greater understanding of the nature of relationships and determinants of behavior, and to investigate the obstacles that hinder the empowerment of women within the family and society.

Intensify courses and seminars to study different levels of empowerment at the family and community levels and measure their different inequalities.

3- Expanding the information programs that illustrate the importance of enhancing women's participation and empowerment for the development of society.

4 - Taking advantage of the various media because of its strong influence to find solutions that hinder Saudi women and prevent them from empowering and contribute to the realization of the vision.
