Search goal to: 1- Building a training program in accordance with the teaching of the teachers of the middle stage 2- Know the effect of the training program on improving the teaching performance and coordination thinking for middle school teachers.In order to achieve the second goal,the researcher put the following two hypotheses 1- Zero hypothesis: There is no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group teachers who were exposed to the training program according to contemplative teaching and the control group teachers who were not exposed to the training program according to contemplative teaching in the teaching performance note card prepared by the researcher for this purpose The researcher adopted the experimental design with partial control of the experimental and control groups, as the experimental group was exposed to the training program, while the control group was not address it The research community was represented by all science teachers(biology and chemistry), for the intermediate stage affiliated to the General Directorate of Education in Babil Governorate for the academic year (2019-2020).The research sample consisted of (39) teachers and schools of science teachers for the second intermediate grade, who were chosen in a random and regular way, The researcher conducted parity between the teachers of the two research groups in variables including (the training courses to which they were subjected(previous experience), the number of years of service, gender, coordination thinking), and he was keen to control some non-experimental variables that could affect the integrity of the experimental design of the research The training program was built according to three stages (the planning stage, the construction phase, the evaluation stage).

As for the research tools, the first was a note of the teaching performance, which consisted of three dimensions(planning, implementation, evaluation), and its apparent sincerity and strength were calculated using the agreement factor of Cooper, which It reached(81.69),
