Abstract EN
The idea of human rights appeared in its simple form by the birth of man himself, and then evolved from the primitive state, to civilized civilization, after passing successive periods of time and influenced its aspects of intellectual, philosophical, social and political trends, which have emerged and developed in several parts of the world, and human rights have received universal attention With the emergence of the United Nations as a successor to the League of Nations, especially when the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was adopted in 1948, it adopted many legal rules that recognize those rights and freedoms and contributed to the forefront of human rights.
The concerns of these rights have been subjected to violations and waste by the States themselves, who have abused their power towards their citizens under various pretexts, such as national security, public interest and national unity
