Abstract EN

This study aimed at explaining the legal characterization of electronic transactions in the light of Jordanian law by defining the concept of electronic transactions and explaining the mechanism of its development and modern electronic methods and methods that help to activate electronic banking transactions and a statement of the contracting mechanism between the bank and the customer .The researcher used in this study the Descriptive analytical approach.

This study concluded that banks and banks may now be you from electronic commercial activities, providing advances, granting credits, and Opening accounts through electronic means.

This study recommended a group of those that need to develop an independent and integrated legal organization in order to regulate electronic banking transactions and to establish fixed controls and rules for them
