هدف البحث الى التعرف على موقف البرلمان من قضايا التعليم العام قبل الجامعى، و التى كانت مطروحة على الساحة المصرية آنذاك، و مدى اتساق هذا الموقف البرلمانى مع الواقع الاجتماعى لهذه الفترة، و بعض الحلول التى قدمها هذا البرلمان لمشكلات التعليم العام من خلال القوانين و التشريعات التى كان يقوم بتشريعها.

The aim of the research is to identify the parliament's position on issues of public education before university, which was on the table in the Egyptian arena at the time, and the extent to which this parliamentary position is consistent with the social reality of this period, and some of the solutions presented by this parliament to the problems of public education through the laws and legislation that it was legislating.
