This study aimed to identify the trend towards voluntary work and its relationship to some personality traits of Al-Baha University students, and the study followed the descriptive, associative approach, and to achieve the goals of the study the measure of the trend towards voluntary work was applied by the researcher, And the Eisnik scale for personal characteristics, which was codified by the Saudi female environment, Dr.

Abdullah Al-Ruwaiteh (2007).

The study was conducted on a simple random sample of students from the College of Education at Al-Baha University, consisting of (368) students.

Including (21.3% ) of the total population of the study, and the study reached a number of results, the most important of which was the presence of a positive (positive) correlation relationship with a statistical significance at the level of significance (0.05≥ α) between extensibility and the trend towards volunteer work among students of Al-Baha University, and the presence of a relationship Correlative (positive) correlation with statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05≥ α) between psychoticism and the trend towards volunteer work for students of Al-Baha University, And the presence of a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (0.05≥ α) between the total score of the scale of personality traits and the degree of direction toward volunteer work for female students of Al-Baha University, the high degree of trend toward volunteer work among female students of Al-Baha University, where the arithmetic average of the total score for the dimensions of the questionnaire toward work reached Volunteerism (237.14) out of (310) degrees, with a relative weight (76.50% ), high scores for female students of Al-Baha University on the scale of personality traits, where the mean average score for the overall degree of scale dimensions (99.66) out of (126) degrees, relative weight (79.10% ), The ence of statistically significant differences between the averages of the degrees of the vocabulary of the study sample on a questionnaire towards the direction of volunteer work caused by the college variable, and based on the results of the study the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which was the necessity of developing the attitudes of Saudi university students towards volunteering because of its impact on the personality traits of female students Work to establish volunteer centers affiliated with Saudi universities in which the components of female students' attitudes toward volunteer work are identified, directed towards the appropriate work for them, and the necessity that the volunteer work that the university student chooses be compatible with her personal characteristics.
