Abstract EN

This study aimed at revealing the degree to which principals of public secondary schools in Jordan practice transformational leadership from teachers’ point of view.

the study used the descriptive -survey methodology on a sample of (480) male and female teachers in public secoundary schools for the academic year (2017/2018).

the results showed that the degree practicing transformational leadership by public secondary school principals in Jordan was high, from teachers’ point of view.

the results also showed that there were significant differences at (≤=0.05) in the degree of practicing transformational leadership by public secoundary schools in Jordan attributed to sex, in favor of females, and experience variables, in favor of teachers with less experience, but there were no significant differences due to academic qualification variable.
