This study aimed at defining the ability level of university field teaching practice students, on applying high level questioning skill inside the governmental and private sector schools at Madaba Educational Governorate.
The sample consisted of (112) fourth year students at the college of education/Al-Isra University (Jordan), who took a thirty multiple choice items achievement test, after assuring its validity and reliability.
In order to test the study four hypotheses, factorial design (2x2), Two-Way ANOVA (2x2) and (t) test were used.
The most important findings were as follows: There was a statistical difference at the level of (0.01) between means of the field teaching practice students' ability on applying the high level questioning skill and the educational accepted level.
There was a statistical difference at the level of (0.01) between means of the field teaching practice students' ability on applying the high level questioning skill, due to the students' specialty area at the secondary cycle (scientific & literary streams), in favor of scientific stream students.
There was no statistical difference at the level (0.05) between means of the field teaching practice students on applying the high level questioning skill, due to the students' sex (male and female).
