Abstract EN

This study aimed at investigating the degree of school principals applying the quality and accountability department instructions' to enhance the administrative practices from the teachers' point view in north Al-Guar.

To achieve this goal a questionnaire was designed consisted from (45) items, distributed into four domains; learning and teaching, school environment, societal partnership, and administration and leadership.

A random sample was chosen included (316) teachers.

The analytical descriptive methodology was used.

The study results revealed that the degree of school principals applying the quality and accountability department instructions' was medium.

The results also revealed that the societal partnership ranked first, the administration and leadership domain ranked second, while the learning and teaching domain ranked final.

Also the results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences between the sample responses for the degree of school principals applying the quality and accountability department instructions' to enhance the administrative practices domains due to gender variable, except for the administration and leadership domain in favor of (females).

There were no statistically significant differences between the sample responses at all domains due to academic qualification variable, except for the administration and leadership domain in favor of (Bachelor).

There were no statistically significant differences between the sample responses at all domains due to experience variable, except for learning and teaching domain in favor of (more than 10 years).

Finally, there were no statistically significant differences between the sample responses at all domains due to school level variable.
