تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية الإضاءة على واقع العلاقة بين التكوين في مجال التربية و استخدام الوسائط التكنولوجية، من خلال طرح إشكالية تكوين المعلم الجزائري في عصر تقانة المعلومات و مجتمع المعرفة، وعليه تقع مشكلة الدراسة في قلب التساؤل التالي: هل التكوين الحالي يؤهل المعلم الجزائري للتدريس باستخدام الوسائط التعليمية التكنولوجية؟ و لتحقيق هذا المسعى تم إعداد استبيان طبق على عينة قوامها 120 معلم و معلمة بالمرحلة المتوسطة و الثانوية بمدينة قسنطينة، تكونوا قبل الخدمة و أثناءها، وتوصلت إلى الإجابة عن التساؤلات التي انطلقت منها، وتم اقتراح جملة من التوصيات نأمل أن تؤخذ بعين الاعتبار.

Abstract EN
This research paper, which is a simple attempt to shed light on the reality of the relationship between training in the field of education and the use of technological media, by posing problematic of the formation of the Algerian teacher in the age of information technology and the knowledge society.
Thus, the problem of the study lies at the heart of the following question: Is the current configuration qualifies the Algerian teacher to teach using educational media technology?
