Abstract EN

The concept of Alexithymia has been widely echoed in many research and studies since its emergence.

Its characteristics have been considered to be fragile in many mental and physical disorders.

This article aims to present some theoretical data on this psychological variable on the one hand, and to analyze the results of certain Arab and foreign practical studies to clarify the relationship between it and certain psychosomatic disorders on the other hand, namely: multiple sclerosis, psoriasis and cancer.
