Abstract EN

This research aims to study the poem "The Nation's Message to the Summit" by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum from the rhetorical perspective of Al-Hajjaj and its effectiveness in his speech based on the descriptive-analytical approach and analyzing the literary text through the three techniques of rhetorical (semantics, distinctness, and stylistics).

Through the examples that we studied in the poetry of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, we conclude that his poetry is replete with different types of arguments.

these mechanisms have a great and important role in showing the poet’s psychological ripples and emotional reactions in his poem and they contribute to the involvement of the recipient and transfer him from the stillness and calmness of the Arab and Palestinian reality to a state of thinking and revolutionizing his feelings and invite for advancement, resistance, and rejection of injustice.
