Abstract EN

This study aims to measure the impact of oil price fluctuations on the Algerian trade balance during the period 1990-2018, using the co- integration method of Angel Granger, we found a co-integration oil prices and trade balance in Algeria, After error correction model estimation, we found that the actual deviation from equilibrium between the two variables, is corrected 55% each year, in addition to that, the negative value confirms the existence of a balanced relationship in the long run negative between the trade balance and oil prices.
