Language with its different forms is considered as main means for social communication.

In order to understand the process of communication between different individuals, it is necessary to dismantle the various linguistic signs and behavioral activities which reflect the mental deposits stored by each individual, which necessitates the use of a method that can interpret the various marks, signs of language and the translation of ideas in various social circles in general and in the university center in particular.

Therefore, this study seeks to rely on the Semiology approach to understand the communicative process in academic circles.

This approach allows the study and the understanding of textual discourses and the monitoring of all human activities by deconstruction, analysis, and interpretation.

This allows for understanding of the various interactions in the university environment, whether between: the teacher and the student, the student and the administration, the administration and the teacher or between the employees and the student.
