Abstract EN

This research is entitled; "The effect of the variety on the significance of the reported actions of the Prophet Mohammed (pbuh) either humane or legislative in the Fiqh branches." It studies in-depth a fundamentalist issue which has a great impact on the jurisprudential branches.

The issue is about what was reported from the actions of the Prophet either humane or legislative.

Is this act intended to be a pattern for the followers? Or is it permissible, like all other permissible things, which means done and not, it is alike? That speech was during talking about defining the actions of the Prophet Mohammed (pbuh) and explaining the types of his actions, and the fundamentalists' opinions in the significance of the reported actions of the Prophet Mohammed (pbuh) either humane or legislative.

As well as, the effect of the disagreement on it regarding a number of jurisprudential issues which were detailed in this research.

The researchers have come to say that the prophetic actions (humane and legislative) both are in their origin indicate permissibility, unless a context appears in the act, the side of the legislation will prevail
