Abstract EN

The course of the employment policy in Algeria has been characterized by an upward trend since the adoption of the unemployment control plan and the promotion of employment.

Its results were formulated following an objective and standard diagnosis of the causes of the failure of previous programs which were considered just programs that did not live up to actual employment policies and the management or control of unemployment.

The public policy of the state is an inevitable alternative to face the consequences of economic transformation.

The state is required to rationalize the performance of the employment policy by maintaining its traditional role of supervision and control and the involvement of public policy actors such private sector and civil society to play the role assigned.
