The social security sector is a legal and social system aimed at achieving social and economic security for individuals when exposed to social and professional risks by using technical means of this system.

The application of social security legislation has resulted in complex disputes and various deductions by Social believers or employers, particularly those before the social security bodies and before the judiciary, Law 08-08 concerning disputes in the field of social security deals with all these disputes.

This leads us to know the extent of the jurisdiction of the administrative judiciary in resolving the disputes of the social security bodies especially in light of the studies in this field.
