Abstract EN

This research studies and analyses Islamic Legislations regarding the participation of non-Muslims in the financial resources of charitable work, and also addresses the Islamic Legislations regarding their involvement in the disbursements of charitable work, in order to determine the limits of such participation and control in Islamic jurisprudence.

The research is divided into three parts: The first is aclears definition of charity, and the statement of its characteristics.

The other two parts show the most important statement of the financial resources of charitable work and, most important object of disbursement, alos the Legislative statement of these resources and disbursements, and what is based on that is a determination of the involvement of non-Muslims in both sides and the controls for this participation in Islamic jurisprudence.
