Abstract EN

The study aimed to analyze the impact of learning organization on organizational performance and the role of knowledge creation process in the Royal Scientific Society.

The study sample consisted of (120) employees selected as a intended sample.

The descriptive analytical approach was used through a questionnaire that was developed to be used as the major tool for data collection it consisted of (65) items.

A number of statistical methods were used such as Mean, Standard Deviation, One sample T-test, Multiple Regression, and Path analysis.

The study reached the following results: There was a significant impact of learning organization dimensions on organizational performance.

There was a significant impact of learning organization dimensions on knowledge creation process.

There was a significant impact of knowledge creation process (knowledge sharing and knowledge concepts justify) on organizational performance.

There was a significant impact of learning organization dimensions on organizational performance within knowledge creation procession.
