This research paper aimed to shed light on one of the important topics, which is entrepreneurial education, and to discover its impact on developing creativity and innovation skills of university students, and to discover the students possibility to reflect their ideas on the ground reality.

the importance of this study is that it touched with the business incubator at the university of M'sila and the discovering of the startups in it.

this study concludes that entrepreneurial education activate students creativity and innovation skills, and helps them to move to the field of creation of enterprises and reflecting their ideas through startups.
