Abstract EN

The study aims to détermine the quality of interpretation provided by the social portal towards conservative theorists and criticism who appeared during the second half of the nineteenth century to perform organization and organization within the social construction to achieve that endeavor, the research used the descriptive method through the induction of several theoritical studies and through which we try to determine the nature of theoritical and methodological treatment which the thinkers of this approach by its conservative and radical poles were based to treat the organization and organization performance matter within the social construction.

The search results were centered: The social entrance with its both radical and conservative theoretical orientations tried to explain the organization's performance and the organization in the social structure.

The conservative orientation: it sees that the social structure is a layout of a social relationships that base on the interdependence also on that structure that protects its entity and continuity through a common values and criterions also through the mutual support between the structure's parts as a result of the integration and the variance that enable it to fulfil its objects and to adapt with its environment.

While, The radical orientation: it sees that the social structure does not represent the static side that bases on the organization and the regularity in the social structure but; it sees that there is another side that represents the dynamic face which reflects the continuous interaction between the individuals from the means of the production and its relationships that lead the social structure to the change.
