In light of the current rapid and volatile business environment, and for the development of the insurance sector and improvement of its performance, it has become a system of governance method effective and vital to ensure this issue, it has moved to use this term of the policy and management of state companies and therefore insurance companies, and it is intended the method of exercising the powers of good governance, the application of its proper controls provides to maintain the rights of the various parties of the shareholders, depositors, bondholders and employees, as well as ensuring oversight and transparency, this leads to reduced costs and optimal use of resources and it raises the level of performance and enhances confidence in insurance companies.

This intervention deal with the governance of Cooperative Insurance Companies, in order to create a general framework for controlling the operations of the cooperative insurance companies to draw a vision for the application of the principles of corporate governance matchmaking the cooperative insurance companies in order to increase the level of administrative and financial functioning of these companies, their progress and continuity, making it possible to adjust its financial performance and show the results of the Companies that adopt this type of insurance across the fast show of the concept of corporate governance, and the statement of its importance and its objectives and principles, and then to address the role of internal audit and the evolution of the Charter of ethics and the development of professional standards for internal audit in the light of the tasks and responsibilities related to them.
