The research paper aims to identify electronic waste and its negative effects on the environment and the environmental residents of its components and components, especially solid elements, and the most important local and global efforts to reduce and treat these wastes through recycling and utilization of it, and the problem of the study in what are the most important mechanisms for the treatment of electronic waste and what its impact on the environment from the main premise that the activation of the reactivation of electronic waste sought one of the most successful options to achieve a sustainable environment with its environmental and health aspects, and confirmed the report of the national agency recycling conservation of nature weakened the legislative and institutional framework for environmental protection, forcing Algeria to pass the law on the operation and control of waste and its relationship to sustainable development December 2001.

the study concluded that the recycling of e-waste, through sound and sustainable treatment, is the correct economic and environmental way to recycle and invest its components and elements and reduce its environmental and health risks.
