Despite of the benefits for technological development in the fields of the food and pharmaceutical industries in order to requirements of consumers and upgrade their livelihood, this has negatively affected public health, and this has led to the question of the safety of the food and drug that we eat it today in light of this development technological? the favor is due to the Islamic Sharia, which took precedence in the interest in the topic of food and drug safety when adoption the controls in the frame to use of technology in the food and pharmaceutical industries, at a time when the interest of legislators, doctrine and different actors in this topic increased.
